David Weiner, MSW, LCSW
leads the Rising Workplace’s emotional and social health services. In addition to having a hand in workplace mental health program development, David provides on-site services to the North Carolina region and remote services nationwide.

David partners with companies to better understand and improve how their comprehensive workplace experience affects employee engagement, performance and retention. He has experience as an educator, practitioner and administrator in behavioral and organizational health.

David is an experienced speaker and instructor, facilitating workshops for organizations such as the Americans with Disabilities Act National Symposium, Western North Carolina Human Resources Association, The American Society for Safety Professionals, and The Goodwill Business Advisory Council.
